Terms of Service

By creating an account or placing an order on Atelier, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and placing orders, and you're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, in which case you will be notified and any payment refunded in full.

Stock is reserved only once your order is placed — adding an item to your bag does not guarantee availability at checkout.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. We do not store your card or bank details.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped, from My Account → Order History. See our Returns & Exchange page for our post-delivery return policy.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but we do not guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
